All curent site holders have until the 1.11.08 to confirm their site booking with your deposit before sites are placed on the open market for other exhibitors.

In July 2009 - Farm Fantastic will celebrate it's 8th year of operation.

From a small beginning when a dedicated few took a big gamble and risked a lot. The event has grown from 180 exhibitor sites to an amazing 720 sites in 2008. Our success is due to many factors, the determination to succeed by the Farm Fantastic management team, the incredicble dedication and hands on approach of our volunteers, namely the Ulysses Motorcycle Branches from Redcliffe, Glasshouse Mountains and Sunshine Coast who provide hundreds of members for tasking before, during and after the event.

Plus the hard work of our volunter administration staff comprised of family and friends who man our phones, communications centre and banking operations.

2008 proved a challenge for all with high rainfall early in the week, turning the site into a huge morass of mud. The Farm Fantastic team, family members and exhibitors all rose to the challenge and 200 tonnes of sawdust and many blisters later we had super highways all througout the site.

The weather cleared for the three days of Farm Fantastic and the visitors came in their thousands, spending was well up on previous years, with many exhibitors estatic with the revenues acheived.

Needless to say demand for sites is high for 2009. I cannot stress the importance for existing exhibitors to register early to ensure their sites are held, as the Committee has a large number of expressions of interest for any availalble sites both indoor and outdoor.
