2013 is shaping up as another exciting event, with exhibitor interest from past expos being nothing short of amazing and the demand for additional sites a high priority. No additional sites will be added to the event this year so you will need to be quick. We have relocated our Leichhardt Marquee and some 3 x 3 and 6 x 6 outdoor sites with some exciting new views for the Paterson Marquee also.
All bookings are to be on the site booking / contract form on the Online Booking Form on this page. If you cannot access this page then please contact our office on (07) 54901440 for assistance.(Office will be closed from 18th December to 8th January 2013).

All exhibitors are required to ensure that they are adequately covered for Public Liability Insurance. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand.
If you prefer we have retained the services of an insurance brokerage to provide Public Liability coverage, arranged with QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited, for a cost of $110.00 including GST based on a limit of indemnity of $10,000,000 any one occurrence. The insurance has effect from the first day of build up to the final day of dismantling, being Wednesday 17th July 2013 to Monday 22nd July 2013.
Please make the $110.00 as part of your site payment - and return the public liability application form with your site contract or you can order online here. As the insurance charge will not be invoiced separately your insurance will not take effect until full payment has been received.
