VEHICLES ON THE SECURED SITE MUST SHOW THEIR VEHICLE PERMIT ON THE DASH AT ALL TIMES OR NO ACCESS.
Food Courts and Food Vendors will be open for Breakfast around the Farm Fantastic Site.

Exhibitors vehicles with vehicle permit visible on the dash - which are to remain on the stand for the day must be on SECURED site and in position by 7.30am and not be moved until instructed by Farm Fantastic Management approx 5.30pm or when all patrons have left the site. The vehicle must be located on your allocated site area not in a clear way or free parking zone within the site.
All vehicles except those remaining on the SECURED site for the day must be removed by 7.30am and off the SECURED site and into one of the Exhibitor Carparks.

SECURED Site Gates Close - Under no circumstances will access be allowed until 6.00am the next day.
ACCESS FOR Bump In
Outdoor Exhibitors can begin set up from 6:00am Monday 15/07/2013. Please note our security roster. Marquees can not be accessed for set up until Wednesday 17/07/2013 All displays must be completed by 6pm Thursday 18/07/2013 unless previously arranged with the Farm Fantastic committee. Exhibitors with large displays or heavy machinery can begin set up from Monday 8/07/2013(This will save congestion on the site) particularly if the weather is a little adverse.
NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON SECURED SITE FOR SET UP OF DISPLAYS ON FRIDAY MORNING 19th July 2013.
Paterson Marquee Exhibitors are not to set their site up after open time on Friday morning 19th July 2013 as this does not look good to our Visitors when they enter the marquees and displays are empty.
ACCESS FOR Bump Out
Exhibitors can commence the dismantle of their site from 4.15pm on Sunday 21st July 2013. No vehicles will be allowed on/off Secured Site until between 5.00pm and 5.30pm (depending on Visitor numbers on site). You will have until 7.00pm to vacate the site on Sunday 21st July 2013. Should you need any further time you will need to arrange with the Farm Fantastic Management. Paterson Marquee must be cleared by 9.00am on Monday 22nd July 2013 for dismantle.
You will be given access again at 6.00am on Monday 22nd July 2013. Security will be on site until 12.00pm Monday 22nd July 2013 and after that date the gates will be open and unmaned. Should you have any products that you know you will be delayed in collecting you should speak with the Farm Fantastic Management Team so that we may assist you in helping to find some security for your products.
You will be responsible for all products left on site Monday and we ask that you take precautions for your products during this time.
