

For the loading and unloading of display materials from Monday 15th July 2013 to Monday 22nd July 2013 between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm.

There will be delays with this service so booking early and the time required is adviseable.
The Farm Fantastic site is fully powered using the latest in generators, exhibitors requiring power must advise requirements on the site booking form.
Exhibitors must supply their own power leads and all must be tagged in accordance with safety regulations. Three phase power is available on request. Electrical Lead could be required to a length of 12m indoors and 20m outdoors.
A 15amp power point is $110.00. 3 Phase is $150.00. Power supplies must be requested on the booking form to allow the Farm Fantastic electrical contractors time to complete the infrastructure requirements to all sites before the event commences.
The site has reticulated water supplied to convenient sites around the grounds. Exhibitors requiring large amounts of water for swimming pools, spas, vehicle companies etc. are to contact the domestic water delivery service as listed in the Preferred Supplier Index. * Exhibitors to pay for this service. Food vendors will have a Water Charge of $50 to cover their responsible usage during the event.

The entire Farm Fantastic site will be under security protection, with guards and dogs on patrol from 5pm Monday 15th July 2013 to Monday 22nd July 2013. Please Note that Security finishes on Monday 22nd July 2013 at 10am. Exhibitors requiring additional security during the event should contact the security company listed in the Supplier Index. From Monday 15th July 2013, the entire site is surrounded by a security fence. CCTV Surveillance will be in operation on all gates and key areas before and during the event with 24hour monitoring.

Loading ramps for machinery and heavy equipment are located around the site (See map for details). The cattle loading ramp is located adjacent to the cattle arena.
Ample parking is provided for all exhibitors around the site, see map for entry points.
Exhibitors will be directed to parking sites by site staff to ensure an orderly parking plan is adhered to. This will assist with traffic managment and congestion issues normally encountered at events of this size.
(Clear instructions for setting up and pull down entry and exit conditions will be provided prior to the event to prevent the congestion of traffic entry points). Please download your Exhibitor Handbook prior to attending this event.
It is a requirement of all exhibitors and their staff that they are fully conversant with the Safety and Evacuation Procedures as detailed in the exhibitor handbook and available for viewing on the Farm Fantastic web site. The Workplace Health and Safety Act requires that all exhibitors provide a safe environment for staff and visitors alike, and be responsible for the condition of all equipment, leads and power boards used at the event. For exhibitors in the marquees, full fire and evacuation procedures in addition to fire extinguishers are provided at all exit points, all staff are to familiarise themselves with these procedures.
A pick up and delivery service is available for all exhibitors, for items that are bulky or heavy, to arrange for this service contact the Site Office. Full details in the exhibitor handbook. Site Office number is 54 901440.

All outdoor exhibitors can begin set up from 7am Monday 8th July 2013. All displays must be completed by 6pm Thursday 18th July 2013 unless previously arranged with the Farm Fantastic committee. Exhibitors with large displays or heavy machinery can begin set up from Monday 8th July 2013 (This will save congestion on the site). Marquee displays can be set up from Wednesday 17th July 2013- (or once Building Inspection is approved)
NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON SITE FOR SET UP OF DISPLAYS ON FRIDAY MORNING 19th July 2013.
NB: Exhibitors are reminded to take all reasonable actions to secure their site during their absence.
For safety reasons under the conditions of the Public Liability Insurance Policy. No vehicles, forklifts etc. will be permitted on site or into any display areas until after all visiting patrons have vacated the site generally between the hours of 5.00pm and 5.30pm on Sunday 22nd July 2013. (Police and security will be monitoring exit gates at this time). If you can remove your products without bringing your vehicle on site Sunday afternoon e.g. using a small trolley then you will get on your way much sooner.
Detailed entry and exit conditions will apply, these will be detailed closer to the event..
Demonstrations are encouraged as long as due consideration is given to neighbouring displays, OH&S compliance and suitable safety areas identified.
Exhibitors requiring their own telephone lines must contact Telstra prior to the event to arrange connection (see Preferred Supplier Index for details). Full details of site etc. will be required for this installation.
Rubbish will be collected regularly during the event from the bins provided around the site, exhibitors with large volumes of rubbish will be required to place it in the industrial bins on site. Food waste and grey water is to be collected in separate containers, contact Waste Busters for details. All sites must be left in a clean and tidy state after the event, if contractors are required to clean the site a charge will apply. Food Vendors must have full bins brought to the front of their site for emptying otherwise they will not been removed.
Eftpos facilities for the withdrawal of cash during the event will be available on all days from the ATMS located around the site. Exhibitors wishing to pay their deposits or full site payments can do so by phone or in person at the office before the event.
